I searched around for a company by that name and address and couldn't find anything. Do they have a website? It sounds as if they may have gone out of business.

Good Morning Lisa,

They are not listed with the BBB of Nevada. I found their website but I was unable to find an alternate address in their return policy or terms and conditions.

However, I did noticed their website is vague and their return policy relies on their emails. If you cannot get a hold of them now, perhaps you should reconsider making your purchase to avoid problems in the future.

Perhaps if you call the Carson City city hall to see if they still have a business license or maybe the US post office just in case they moved, they may have a forwarding address on their file.
