how, after 16 complaints filed with the bbb, does this business still hold accredited status & have an A+ rating with them?

Because it proves my theory and justifies the reason my company is NOT affiliated with the BBB. If you pay your dues then your rating is favorable. And the more money you pay the my you have an "A".
Customers are being misdirected to the BBB to file their complaints in place of the licensing agencies for the businesses. It is a new form a bait and switch.

Company ratings take into account many weighing factors. Among these are time in business, number of customers served or an unusual volume of complaint activity indicating a pattern of complaint. This company, in business since 2007, does not show an unusual volume of complaints for a company its size, and has resolved all matters brought to it's attention by the Bureau. The Bureau sees no reason for customers to have an unsatisfactory experience when doing business with this company.
And BTW, you cannot 'buy' a rating....

I disagree with Dee. You cannot buy a rating. I pay my dues, and I do not have the option to pay more to have a higher rating.
