I have received a quote from smartcruiser.com but I can not find their web site on BBB. I have only found the office with no web site listed. Should I book with them? Has anyone had any problems?

In light of recent developments, not so favorable any more. The company was recently fined by the state of Florida and issued a Cease and Desist order for selling bogus travel insurance for six or more years. I really haven't heard too many complaints about their pricing and mistreatment of customers, but the travel insurance products were a horror. If you purchased a trip from them, and you didn't have to file an insurance claim, count yourself lucky!
