Terrible Experience Using 401k Easy Offered By The 401K Network
Our experience with this company - specifically with their 401k Easy product - was absolutely terrible. Our day-to-day contact person did not seem to be able to answer our questions - even about services that 401k Easy had provided for us in the past. When we requested help from the company's president, James Gilbert, he was insulting and abrasive and, when we tried to ask him to understand certain aspects of the plans agreement, he basically told us that we weren't reading the agreement carefully enough (we are lawyers, so I can assure you this wasn't the case), and then referred us back to the contact person, who just doesn't seem to have the capacity to be helpful. I would recommend staying far away from this business. I wish we had.
