Just quickly I want to state that I would never buy another wedding dress or anything else from this store again. We went here to purchase the wedding dress my daughter fell in love with and we were never told that the cost of the dress $1300.00 did not include alteration. that we would be forced to pay the remainder of the balance within 14 days of the dress arriving in the store,and that you cannot try on the dress prior to paying in full! They treated us horribly after the dress was picked and the 50% down payment paid. They did not return calls, so we emailed them and set an appointment, and when we returned for the fitting we were told we never made an appointment, even though it was made in an email with the manager, (her name being signed). We were told that we would not get any of the first half of the payment back if we decided not to buy the dress, even though we felt we were mislead! So I was forced to pay in full for her dress and then must go back for alterations to their seamstress on contract, because I know no other reliable seamstress. And that even though we feel that the cost should be included, she would not discount us in anyway! her words over and over again, were "there is nothing I can do". I Would NEVER do business with them again! PS NO STARS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I cant unlick the last one!
