I went to this Alfred Angelo, mostly because it was the closest bridal shop to where I live.. even after hearing how they had bad customer service for my sister's bestfriends wedding.. they mixed up the dresses for her and the alterations were horrible! So, I knew it would be a risk, but figured it had been a while and they might be under new management....
I made an appointment and they called me on a weekday saying "oh, we see we scheduled you to come in tomorrow in the morning, however, we arent open that early..." I told them that I had asked to come in on a saturday and they said oh.... ok... Also, I wanted to come with the dress I had bought at a bride expo, so i called and asked if i can bring my dress, they lady said "sure, bring it in." I was shopping for a veil, tiara, jewelry, shoes, and a slip! I wanted to try everything on with my accessories i picked, and they said it was OK.... So here I come for my appointment, and they put me in the last room to the back and tell me i cannot come out with my dress!!!! HELLOOO i called and you said it was ok... anyways, so i said ok i will just try on the accessories and order.... well, the manager started rushing the girl who was helping me, telling her another bride needed her.... how unprofessional!!!!! i was about to order my accessories, over $500 worth of things, and i said you know what, i'll come another day.... SO, again, MY mistake, i bring my bridesmaids.... we come in and they want to know if we made an appointment.... Suprise, suprise, they didn't write it in their book....... so we waited. and waited.... while the manager and ladies talked at the register... i told them the accessories i wanted were in the system and What do you know... it wasn't saved!!! I remembered exactly what I wanted and told them that, but they insisted that they HAD to find the paper work... so i waited for about 20 min with my 7 bridesmaids and tried to pick out dresses for them to try on, but they didnt let us look at the dresses and had us just sit there.... Horrible experience... we left without doing anymore business with them. BAD customer service. Do no come here unless you want to be rushed, wait around forever, and have your things switched, lost, and just be stressed out for your Big Day....
