On 10/18/10 I ordered a Berlina walking foot. The order was processed that day with a Invoice # 62016, It was to be shipped FedEx. 10/19 American Express okeyed the charge. When the item didn't appear on 10/26 we called. Carl answered and said there was some "hang-up" with American express. I see no problem with American Express. 10/26 Carl investigated, and stated that he would ship on 10/27, call us and give us the pro number. It is 10/31. There has been no phone call from Carl and no product.
