I hired this company to do maintaneance of my A/C FURNACE system. They had sent a flyer advertising savings on your utility bill with their service of $99.00. I called them up and they sent out a technician. I purchased a 2 year service agreement for $146 plus paid $99 for the 1 time service on that day. They gave me a new thermostat which I did not need but got it included in the price. This was in 7/16/09. About 1 month later, the thermostat stopped working. Went to bed one night w/the A/C programmed to shut off after a certain temperature. Guess what..it did not shut off, the A/C was on ALL NIGHT. They came to service it 2 days after and turned out it was a faulty thermostat, they replaced it with another one. Now my utility bill is guaranteed to go up for that month. They give you 60days to cancel the service agreement which I did w/this experience I had had enough. It took them 2 weeks to issue a refund. Apparently they have ONE lady who handles the refunds, no one else, she received my requeset but did not process it until after she took her vacation, how unfortunate for me. They give you nothing but runarounds. I was supposed to receive a refund for the $99 and the $149 but I got a check only for the $149.00. Now is another battle. I have filed a complain w/the contractors license in the state of CA. They claim to be all professional and guarantee you heavens but in reality I think they are a small mom & pop run by relatives and they do not have any professionalism at all when it comes to crunch time. I got stuck with a higher energy bill because of their faulty thersmostats they install. POOR POOR RATING...
