I really was excited about this company the way they presented them selves about the situation I was in. I contracted them to be a mediator for my exsisting mortgage that was in default, and was promised with a 100% money back Gaurantee that they would get me out of my foreclosure and have my loan modfied. 3 months have now passed and I get a letter in the mail stating that my house is going to be sold in a short sale with in 60 days. Come to find out the Loan was never nogotieated between the Mediator and the lender and I am now out $2000.00 and unable to reach American Family Financial in California. I have sent many emails and made many phone calls, but only never to be called back.
