I arrived a Anderson Nissan and was greeted with smiles. I made a verbal agreement with a salesman Nick. When it was time to finalize the deal the numbers was changed without my approval. Needless to say I rejected the offer and refuse to do business with Nick. After filing a complaint with the BBB and asked the manager for an apology, which he did but before he apologized he expressed that there are only a handful of complaints. I took that into consideration and thought how many people will not have the time to write complaints and usually don't. Also,if any business has even one complaint that is one too many. I was offered the opportunity to come in and make things right, However, the sales manager Don forgot business 101 "if the bond of trust is broken it can't be repaired with a half hearted apology and defend unethical practices. But with that type of business approach I think I will never do business with that company again.
