Sales team was great when buying my 03 Pilot but neglected to mention that the transmission had been recalled and after 2 years it needs to be completely replaced. I brought the car in for service 4 months after purchase and asked them to check on the manual door lock switch but they charged me $100 just to say it wasn't covered under my warranty and would cost an additional $500 to fix. Now I find out that it was covered and should have been replaced long ago. I have a wonderful car that has no transmission and I can't lock my doors. GREAT SERVICE!!!
