I went into Diamond Honda of Glendale service center on August 16, 2010 to get an estimate on fixing a problem with my driver’s door lock and driver’s window. The advisor told me that repairs would start at $110. My number was left and I was called 20 minutes lalter stating the repairs would cost approx. $500, I declined the repairs but when I went to pick up my car, I was charged $65 for the tech just looking at my car which took only 20 minutes. I cannot believe they charge for estimates and even if you do charge, $65 for 20 minutes is absurd. I am sad to say but I will never take my car to this dealer for even the smallest problem that I may have in the future. I am very turned off by all of Honda after this experience.
