Dimension moving claims they are their own company. However they are the middleman. They broker to Trans United. And maybe more. They got $1100 from me basically for picking up my stuff locally and storing it. They pay trans united the remaining $595
Also they had an A rating under Santa Clara. But there is no Santa Clara. They are really from Union City with a C rating. If you need a moving company go with the Established Known ones. Maybe more expensive but atleast they are upfront. I asked for a delivery on the 8th with ample notice and got my stuff on the 22nd.They did that so they could get their month's storage payment. Check their reviews on the BBB under their Union Office. They would be a great company if they would just start to be honest and not try to find ways to rip of a customer.
