They came out on time, a well dressed serviceman showed up at my door in a nice truck. The service tech cleaned my sink and gave me a great warranty. After he was done the office called welcoming me to DrainPro plumbing and making sure I was taken care of. I thought that was really neat. Im a customer for life.
