Nightmare! NOT Happy!

Absolutely WORST bunch of (fill in the blank)s I have ever encountered! Do yourself a favor and spare yourself the frustration! Where to begin. Visit #1 Had to call them to see why our A/C was leaking. They came out and fixed it, but suggested a new unit.
Visit #2 - They came out UNANNOUNCED to take pictures and stuff of the old unit for my landlord. Visit #3 - After landlord agreed to have it replaced, they showed up 1 1/2 hours late to replace the A/C (an all day job btw) because they showed up at my landlords
house and not our place. (fill in the blank!)s Visit #4 - A/C was making weird noise, so I called them ... they came out, need part came back day later for Visit #5 ... none of these visits did I ever receive a phone call, even though I asked them several
times and gave them my phone number each and every time to call me. Visit #6 ... the work done on visits #4 and #5 were completely a waste of time as stated by the new repairman and it needs a different part, for which they will call me to set up yet a Visit
#7. And Today is that day. The 4 hour window of 11 - 3 ... completely IGNORED! It's now 3:38 (they're not here yet and I just spoke to customer NON-service) and after they promised to call ME after giving them my number yet again yesterday when making today's
appointment, they called my LANDLORD to let him know they're running late. Why call him? He doesn't live here nor does he even know about the appointment. I'm the one that has had to wait here all day to let them in. I've given them my number every time I
have called and it's maddening that not only will they not ever give me a courtesy call when they're on there way, which they have promised to do at each appointment I've made with them .... but they have to keep coming out because nothing has ever been done
right! When will this ever end??????
