Working with Sam has been a really positive experience us. His knowledge of the HVAC industry meant we didn’t waste time explaining the basics, which saved us a lot of hassle. Sam was professional, diligent, and made sure to go out of his way to work with our staff. Previous consultant have come in and it made our employees nervous to the point they couldn’t accomplish what they promised. Same never let that happen and made sure he had buy-in from our staff every step of the way. He not only helped us solve problems we didn’t even realize we had but also picked up the slack where another vendor had dropped the ball. We are already seeing positive signs from his changes and look forward to the next few months as we fully implement them. Thankfully, he has been super responsive and has worked with us even after the project ended to answer all our questions.
