I am a client and a Financial Advisor that markets the Heritage Living Trusts, so my review is both biased yet also based upon extensive experience with the product.
As an Independent I *can* market trusts from any firm, but in 2006 I met with the head of distribution for Heritage and realized very quickly that they have a high quality product.
Their Living Trust is the most complete and comprehensive I have seen in over 20 years as an advisor - which is why I bought one for me and decided to market it, as well.
There is more than just "trust documents" in their package and together with life-time support and unlimited updates *no cost* it makes for cost-effective product.
They are also active in every state, except Loiusiana, and this can accomidate any client that moves to another state.
The only "issue" I've found is that client often dino't complete the funding of the trust, nor update it when their lives change. This is imperitive.
One may find cheaper, but I suspect one won't find a better living trusts than Heritage.
