scammers!
Same as everybody else - got a call from Jason who said he was with Capital Supply and that he wanted to make sure we got our "last order of toner before the price went up." He had Lynn give me a call (he said she was brand new but I've been reading reviews of this company today and she's been around for awhile) supposedly to confirm that we got a fax from them, but I don't think they sent the fax to the right number because we never got it. Lynn asked if I needed to confirm the order with my manager and I don't think she was supposed to do that, because when Jason called again he almost immediately blew up at me when I acted confused about what was going on. He told me that I clearly wasn't smart enough to be the contact for his company, which is pretty funny. I never received their fax but I'm assuming I'll still end up with a bunch of toner in my office soon. From what I've gathered online, if you didn't actually order a product you're under no obligation to pay for it or return it, so I think I'll be sending them a thank you note for the nice gift.

Dear sara m., I am the Account Services Manager for IDCSERVCO. Our company processes shipping and billing of orders assigned by independent sales companies; we don't have salespeople or solicit any of the orders we process. Capital Supply (mentioned in your review) is one of the companies we process orders for. I don't have any information for your company so I can't check to see if any order was assigned to us for processing to you. Have you received any merchandise or billing from IDCSERVCO? If so, I can certainly help with that. If not, then my company doesn't have any knowledge of the contact between you and Capital Supply other than what you have provided.
