Horrible customer service

I ordered my husbands wedding band weeks in advance of when I needed it. When it arrived it was the complete wrong size. When I sent an email in a panic because I needed the ring, I was met with a reply saying that people make mistakes and unfortunately their shipping department sent the wrong ring and size. This is absolutely unacceptable for a company that sells wedding bands! They can absolutely ruin someone's special day, as they did in my case. It was a gift for my husband for christmas, and even though I emailed them 4 days before Christmas, as soon as I received the wrong ring, they were unwilling to expedite and ship overnight or even priority. They said they would send it on the 21st, it's been 2 weeks and still no ring. Not responding to emails or phone calls. I'm super upset!
