I went to this dealership on 10/24/2009 I traded in my 2005 Ford Focus the motor was in Bad shape. But Carlos advise me and my husband that it wasn't a problem and he would pay off what I own on my car and give me a good deal on a SUV. We did all the paper work but a month Later I was contact by Ford advising me I'm late on my payment well I contacted the Ford and they advise me my car was not paid off yet. So my husband went down and talk to Carlos about it and he wrote a check and we dropped it off. Then I thought our loan was paid off.NO instead we were contacted advising us the check Bounce. We went back and forth with Carlos trying to get this matter taken care of. In March he sent another another check to Ford sent him the Title of the Car once Carlos received that he did a stop payment on the check. So he still has not paid the loan off.
Now the sad part about it is it hurts my credit plus they will be coming after me. Carlos got a car for free....
I will be taking Carlos and Michoacan Motors to court.I've contacted a lawyer and things are in motion. I just hope this will stop people from going there.
