Avoid this company like the plague. They did not complete the terms of their service agreement explained in their contract and I can not get a refund from them as promised, even though I have an email from them admitting that they did not meet their contract agreement and that I am entitled to a refund. Here is a copy of the actual email

Per our conversation today, November 17, 2010, we will be refunding the amount of $200.00 through check, for your search engine optimization package. This will be mailed on your address (EXCLUDED FOR PRIVACY).

I was told on November 17 that I would be sent a refund check, and it is now December 8th and still have not received it.
Avoid the frustration, do not do business with these people.
