This company is a scam and my mother in law became a victim. Glymetrol reps are all rude and refuse to give a refund. Mother asked for a refund immediately,in the same call after she was able to figure out that there was nothing free or even close to free. They still billed her and tried justifying it. I would ask for a supervisor, with 3 different reps and all of them refused to pass the call to a supervisor. They are obviously trained to do that. It is all over the internet about this company lying and stealing. Many victims have had to deal with the same situatiomn, some worse than ours. There are even reports of the reps. cursing at the consumers and hanging up. Please, do not do business with this company.
