I bought two bottles of their product after watching a commercial. I thought that they would honor their advertised "return at any time for a full refund. Just return the unused portion." I called after my first shipment. They told me that they would cancel my account and future shipments. I didn't mail the product back as soon as they wanted and they sent another shipment on their autopay and autoship program. I called them again and they said if you don't get receipt of product back within 7 days of the original cancellation phone call they ship again and won't refund the money. I told them that their ad says "cancel at any time for a refund".
I am seeking legal counsel on this matter.
