After checking out the reviews by others I really feel like a sucker. It all sounds the same as mine. Ordered South Beach Sparkle and Brite tooth whitening from the Internet. The FREE TRIAL OFFER, only pay $1.95 ea. shipping handling only. Ordered on 12/8/09 shipped 12/9/09 received approx 12/14/09. Had to cancel by 12/22/09 in order for my credit card not to be charged. Of course I did not read this until I reviewed my packing slip on 12/24/09, thinking I still had several days left on my free trial. Contacted customer service spoke to a Ricardo who informed me he cancelled future shipments. However, I have been billed on 12/24/09 $78.95 2x and he could not get these removed and I would have to pay. I have contacted my MasterCard company and will be filing a dispute with them. Have called the number for Executive Response Dept. had to leave name/phone/message. Spoke with an Oscar from Exective Response Dept. he also stated they could not refund. However, did offer other choices which I accepted. Thank You Oscar for your understanding.
