My wife and I were a little apprehensive after seeing an "F" rating. The BBB gave them an "F" for failure to respond to something. I didn't not see any reviews except for the grade they were given for failure to respond. We were very interested in their products. I called the company and met with them at their main office. I must say that it was the BEST thing my wife and I could have ever done. We could not be happier with the purchase of our security system and the one on one help I received through customer service. I felt the need to write this to let all know this is not a "F" company. This is the kind of company that all others should follow. The customer service and tech support were kind, spoke clearly, and were patient with me. We have had our system since April 2009. KUDOS to this company.
