I dropped out of this program a year ago after having to fight with them over money. They just charged me again for the yearly agent fee. I talked with Stephanie who said it was going to be refunded to me on March 14, 2011. To date I have still not seen the refund and have been unable to reach them on the phone. Their number goes straight to voice mail no matter what time of the day or night you call it. I am only rating them 1 star because it will not allow me to rate them a ZERO!
