We have had a very good experience with Schuelke Plumbing. When you call, the phone is answered immediately by a person who is polite, concerned, and eager to land your business. Then a technician calls you back right away to hear details of the problem. Byron Williams has done several jobs at our house. Mr. Williams is reliable, dependable, courteous and very skillful. Mr. Williams is willing to spend a lot of time explaining the job and your various options (and you are not charged for the time he spends explaining!). We had disappointing experiences with a number of plumbers before finding Schuelke in the middle of a real emergency. We have been extremely happy with them and don't hesitate to recommend them to friends. Although they are in the valley and we are on the westside, there is never a problem getting a plumber to come right out.
