Septic Savior called my 82 year old, Alzheimer patient mother-in-law and sold her a box of 60 packets. They called her even though she's on the National No-Call list. She lives in a nursing home! She is incapable of making decisions regarding her own welfare. Septic Savior is taking advantage of elderly and infirm individuals in order to meet their sales quotas. She is incapable of placing a call, she can only answer the phone normally when her daughters call. Septic Savior will not send a "return shipping" label and say she must pay for return shipping! What a joke! Avoid this company...buy packaged yeast at your local market and save a ton of money and stress.
