Horrible customer service

They been hosting for my website for few years and I paid these guys lot of money for a very simple work, they recently called me and ask to update my credit card information for yearly hosting and I gave them my card info thinking ya it’s about the time and I go and check my previous dates that they used to charge and noticed they are charging me way to early which doesn’t make any sense and when I tried to contact them for some updates in my website like address change and pricing change their telling me their system is down!! How come your system works to charge me but your system doesn’t work when I need some changes?! I paid these people so much money and I have a feeling their either closing down and their going around and collecting money or some other shady things their doing, I called many time and they told me we can’t tell you when we can help you with your website, I asked for their supervisor and some guy announced himself as a supervisor and when I called today asked for the same person they told me their supervisor is some lady name Jenifer, I already had a chat with her and she’s absolutely rude, not now not in million years I want to do business with them, I reported them to better business bureau and I’m warning you do not do business with these people.
