This is the worst company we have ever dealt with. And we've been in business for over 65 years. The final straw was today when they said they were a "Passive" company and that they were NOT acting as Trustee of our IRA accounts. Any time you request service they will want you to complete a form and of course a part of every form is something absolving them of any responsibility for anything. They charge top dollar fees and deliver extremely poor service. They are argumentative and snarky on the phone. They have no clue who or what a customer is. Stay as far away from this company as you can get. I'd give them no stars if that were possible. They are a blight on the Trust Company industry.
