Have been using Webcountry for 11 years now for hosting. I know people have had problems with them, but seriously I have had nothing but good experiences with them and I will never go elsewhere because of it. Their tech support always takes care of my issues. My website is almost never down (I can count on one hand the number of times I've seen it down!)
I don't know why they have an "F" rating but I can only guess the people that are happy with them aren't posting reviews. Only the people who complain! (of course).
I think it's important that the good be reported as well so I am hoping this will help!
