I've bought a 1957 Chevrolet Bel Air HT Red Diecast Model 1/18 at Diecast Models Wholesale. I got charged for it and never received it!
Diecast didn't show any interest in trying to resolve this issue; they just sent me the receipt that the box got delivered by FedEx and that was it!. I have never signed for having the box delivered out of my door, but Diecast didn't care and didn't offer any refund or replacement.
I usually find car models on http://amazon.com, so make sure you buy them from Amazon and not from Diecast Models Wholesale. Amazon refunds in case of missing or stolen box, and they really care about the customer satisfaction!
My collection is small right now and I have several other cars in the list that I was thinking of buying from Diecast Models Wholesale, but after this bad experience, is not going to happen!
