Damaged Ticket

I hand delivered 8 of my best unused signed tickets to PSA/DNA right to their offices. Ten weeks later, one of those tickets was severely damaged. A large 1/2 inch tear in one rare (POP 1 of 1) ticket, some black marking, and some indentations on this same ticket. Graded a PSA 3 due to the damage. PSA refused responsibility, and the only remedy of their part was to say I should have taken photos of the tickets in the presence of a PSA employee the day I dropped them off. A piece of sports history damaged by PSA.
