DO NOT TRUST!!!
I sent in a Derek Jeter rookie card to be graded. I chose the express grading process. The length of time was ridiculous as I waited nearly 2 months to get my card back. When I opened the box, I was shocked to see not only did they not grade the c... Read More »

No accountability
PSA will not take responsibility if they damage your item. They also will not honor turnaround times. Send in a 30 day submission? See it in two months. Send in a 10 day submission? See it in a month. Little to no customer service skills. Read More »

I hand delivered 8 of my best unused signed tickets to PSA/DNA right to their offices. Ten weeks later, one of those tickets was severely damaged. A large 1/2 inch tear in one rare (POP 1 of 1) ticket, some black marking, and some indentations on... Read More »

I have dealt with PSA for well over 10 years -- grading thousands of cards over the years. And while I received decent service say 5 or 7 years ago -- its a very different story now. Here are my opinions... My biggest complaint (among many), is ho... Read More »

I dropped off an autographed baseball of the 1957 Dodgers with PSA at a convention. They sent the ball back to me 2 months later with a letter telling me they could not authenticate it as it was a "clubhouse version." When I called PSA to find out... Read More »

There is nothing professional about this company except in the name. They regularly "lose" items sent to them according to BBB complaints, and the more valuable the item, the more likely it will get "lost." I sent them a batch of tickets and they... Read More »
